Additional instructions on how to join the virtual meeting are included on the back of this page.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>At this meeting, you will review and vote on the 2021 budget presented by the Board of Directors and elect four members to the Board of Directors.\u00a0 The proposed budget for fiscal year 2021 is enclosed.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>If you are interested in being nominated to the Board of Directors, you can email your request to board@ridgeforest.org, or indicate in in the space provided on the enclosed proxy card. You can also be nominated at the General Meeting.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Your vote is important to us.\u00a0 <strong><em>After reading the proposed budget, please complete, sign, date and return the proxy card in the postage-paid envelope that we have included for your convenience.<\/em><\/strong> Proxies and associate votes will be accepted until the vote is called during the general meeting at which time voting will be closed.
