The RFHOA Board

The board of the Ridge Forest Homeowners Association, Inc. is the body of elected homeowners who are legally responsible for the operation and management of the incorporated legal entity that is the RFHOA.
The board consists of nine members who are elected to serve three year terms on a staggered schedule. The board members serve on a volunteer basis and are responsible for ensuring that the community common areas are maintained and that our neighborhood remains a safe, attractive, and clean family-oriented place to live.
The board and its operation are defined in the Bylaws for the association, specifically:
- Article V – Term of Office (3 years)
- Article VI – Nomination and Election (annual meeting vote)
- Article VII – Meetings (monthly board meeting)
- Article VIII – Power and Duties
