You are invited to attend the 2021 Annual General Membership Meeting of the Ridge Forest Homeowners Association scheduled for Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., Eastern Time.
In response to the ongoing Covid-19 public health concern, homeowners have the option of attending the general meeting in person, or virtually via Zoom.
If you elect to attend in person (face masks will be mandatory for the in-person meeting):
The Annual General Membership Meeting will be held in-person in Community Meeting Room B at Severn Library. To be permitted entry to the meeting room, face masks must be worn at all times by all individuals who attend in person, regardless of vaccination status.

The Annual General Membership Meeting will be also be conducted via live Zoom webcast. You may attend the meeting virtually via the Internet at https://tinyurl.com/RFHOA2021, where you will be able to vote electronically and submit questions, or by phone at 301-715-8592 (Germantown). Additional instructions on how to join the virtual meeting are included on the back of this page.
At this meeting, you will review and vote on the 2021 budget presented by the Board of Directors and elect four members to the Board of Directors. The proposed budget for fiscal year 2021 is enclosed.
If you are interested in being nominated to the Board of Directors, you can email your request to board@ridgeforest.org, or indicate in in the space provided on the enclosed proxy card. You can also be nominated at the General Meeting.
Your vote is important to us. After reading the proposed budget, please complete, sign, date and return the proxy card in the postage-paid envelope that we have included for your convenience. Proxies and associate votes will be accepted until the vote is called during the general meeting at which time voting will be closed. Mail-in proxy votes must be postmarked by the date of the general meeting to be accepted.
