Our community was established in 1994 and consists of well-maintained, single family homes.
Ridge Forest is maintained by a strong Homeowners Association with a board of nine members who are elected to serve three year terms on a staggered schedule. The board members serve on a volunteer basis and are responsible for ensuring that the community common areas are maintained and that our neighborhood remains a safe, attractive, and clean family-oriented place to live.
